Policy
What we collect, how we use and protect it, your cookie choices, and how to request access or deletion.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This policy describes how Peak Peptide Lab collects, uses, and protects information when you browse the site, place an order, or contact us. It applies to the Peak Peptide Lab platform and does not cover third-party sites we link to.
To fulfill an order we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, along with the items ordered and their status. If you create an account, we store your login credentials and order history. If you contact support, we keep the messages you send us.
Because orders are paid in cryptocurrency, we do not collect or store card numbers or bank details. We also automatically receive standard technical data (such as IP address, device, and pages viewed) needed to operate and secure the site.
We do not collect personal health data. Checkout and support intake are limited to order-fulfillment and research information and never request medical or dosing details.
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping notifications, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, keep required business records, and improve the site. We use a real email address to follow up on your order, so please provide one you monitor. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Support correspondence and account data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account information. To make a request, reach us through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records we are legally required to keep.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect applies to your use of the site at that time. The current privacy version is 2026.01.
